My current view when making a meeting reqeust shows only the "To" line, and I
need to click on that to show the "Optional" and "Resource" lines.  How do I
change the settings so that all three show once I begin a meeting request?

Thanks!

That view is only available when you click the TO: button, afaik.

Thanks, Milly.  I know at another company, my version of Outlook there
brought all three up.  It may have been an older version, or possibly how
they had it configured.  Oh well!
