I have a Public calender. People book meeting room. They tend to book room at
a time when some has already booked it.
Is there any way to restrict bookings in case time slot is already used.

Do you use Meeting Requests for people to be able to book a room? I think
Resource Scheduling may be able to solve your concern. Go to Tools > Options
under the preferences tab you'll find Calendar Options from there go to
Resource Scheduling then check automatically accept... and other options that
will be applicable to your concern. Click ok and try if it works.

Hope this solves your concern

Thanks for reply.
Yes! I use it for booking conference room.
But this does not seem to be helping. Any more suggestions?
