I am on eastern time and I have managers that I schedule on Pacific for one
and Central on another. I use Microsoft Outlook and I am having trouble
getting the appointments correct. Can you give me some clues or direct me?

Thanks

You shouldn't have to make any allowance for time zones, provided both you
and they have their local clocks and Outlook calendars set correctly.  If
you create a meeting request for, say, 2:00 PM, the Central time manager
will see it for 1:00 PM and the west coast manager will see it for 11:00 AM.
It works that way for my company.
