When trying to "Plan a Meeting", we've noticed that when you add someone
else's name, their schedule is "Not Available" starting July 1st, 2007.  I've
checked dates after that and it's the same for those dates as well.  I've
tested permissions to the accounts and it doesn't seem to matter if you have
full permissions or just reviewer permissions to the other calendar, the
schedule is still "Not Available".

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?  Or a possible fix?

Thanks.

Check each user's free/busy publishing.  It is set to 2 or 3 months by default (I forget since i automatically up mine to 12 months on install).  Increase it to see free/busy times outside the default publishing schedule.

"Are you using the "add others" button, then "add from address book"?  If you
just type the name in, the system recognizes the name but doesn't show the
free/busy info. It used to work by typing the name, but I think one of the
service packs changed this.

Hope this helps.
