Sorry I can't help you with the problems, but I can add to the quest for
help. I've asked for help with printing more than 3 items per day in monthly
view twice now with no responses. Still hoping for a response even if the
response is "you can't".
I have downloaded and used the "Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook
2007", which can be found here:

I did find one monthly view template in the Printing Assistant that would
print more than 3 items per day, and while the add in is nice, it seems a bit
of a clunky workaround to accomplish what was done quite straightforward in
Office 2003.
So, come on Sue, Brian, somebody? Throw us a line here! :-)

Have just recently figured out that if you change "Orientation" in Page Setup
to Portrait from Landscape, you can print up to 5 items per day.

LarryB: what about 6 to 9 items per day?

No, sorry but the maximum I could print was 5 items. And because it's in
Portrait mode there will not be as much text showing as would show in
Landscape.
I'm sure you've seen the following link as it's been recommended on this
site many times, but it's worth a look if you haven't seen it, and it will
allow more flexibility in printing larger numbers of items, as well as other
formatting not available in Outlook.
It's a bit of a clunky workaround, imho, but it does work.
Here's the link to "My Outlook Calendar":

LarryB: thanks for the info.
