Display Work Hours Only and reduce cell size

Hi,
1. In calendar view, does anyone know how to display work hours only?
2. Is it possible to reduce the size of the cells?
Working on a small laptop, I don't want to waste screenspace on the hours
from midnight to 8AM which I never use.
