I'm running Office 2007 on Windows Vista.  In the Outlook calendar, if I open
an existing single appointment (not a recurring series), make any change
(such as the location or time), and then save, it will automatically add a
weekly recurrence.  It is very annoying, as I then have to either reopen the
appointment and remove the recurrence (which usually works), or sometimes
just delete the whole thing and make a new one. Has anyone else had this
problem?

Nevermind ... I saw some other posts about an "outlookaddinsetup" program
that was installed by Dell.  I uninstalled it, and the problem seems to have
gone away.
