Calender sharing

I am an Assistant and I want to share my calender with my boss so that he can
see his upcoming appointments as well as what has occurred in past meetings.
I am currently running Outlook 2007 and he has an older version that I
believe is the 03 version.  He is also using Outlook Express.  He doesn't
mind switching to the full program of Outlook to make this an easier process.
Is this possible?  If so, how?

Thank you,
Kelly

I didn't see any information on this page relating to the new sharing
features which appear to be in OL 2007.
