Every time I create an appointment in my calander in outlook 2007, the
message appears that can not save free busy information and the appointment
does not appear on my exchange server

I would post this in the microsoft.public.exchange.clients list.

Have you tried using the .../CleanFreeBusy switch to open the profile?
The link below is to the OL2003 info, you may find the path location
of your Outlook.exe file is in a different place to run it. Just perform a
find for the file to locate it.

OL2003: Command-Line Switches by Microsoft Office Assistance:

/CleanFreeBusy - Cleans and regenerates free/busy information.
