How do I set up Filofax view in Outlook2007 as in earlier Outlook

Earlier versions of Outlook had two basic types of "week" views:
(1) Columns (one per day) e.g. M,Tu,Wed,Thu,Fri,(Sat,Sun) for 5 or 7 days;
and
(2) Blocks of space thus
   Mon     |   Thu
   Tue      |   Fri
   Wed     |   Sat/Sun
so that the calendar looked like a "filofax" or other paperbased organiser -
or like the comparable views in Lotus Organiser/Lotus Notes.

I have just upgraded to the latest version of Outlook (running on Vista) -
everything else seems (tough wood !) to have gone OK,  but whilst I can get
the package to print in the above "Filofax" style view - I don't seem to be
able to work out how to view the calendar in this format.  You used to be
able to do this .... I'm obviously missing something very basic.

If anyone could help me I would be grateful.

Thanks,
D

because of limitations with calendar overlays, this format is no longer
available.

Rats - there goes the single most useful Calendar view !   Oh well ....

Thanks very much for your quick response anyway - even if it wasn't what I
wanted to hear.
