How can I see the notes that I type in the bottom of the Appointment window in the Week or Month view? This this field called Notes or Description? change to the vuiew with the "with autopreview..." in it's name. Please post your version when you have a question. I tried your suggestion of switching to the view with AutoPreview. When I do this, all the appointments disappear in the laptop running Outlook 2007. However this works as you suggest on my second laptop running Outlook 2003. Is this a bug in the newer version of Outlook? works on 2007 for me.
