Can I print the daily view of another users calendar that I have permissions
to?

I would suggest that you try:

   "My Outlook Calendar". You can
download this from the SlipStick.com site,
   http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
Customizable Word template for generating Outlook
   weekly and monthly calendars.

This VERY COOL FREE item is run from a Word template
that when opened will read your calendar (Or any calendar
that you have access to) and build you a
completely editable calendar with all the details included.
All wrapped with complete information.

You may need to relax the Macros running in both Outlook
and MS Word.

Nikki,
Thanks for the reply.  The only problem with that is that I am on a
military base and can't download any unauthorized programs or applications.
Do you know if there is anything built into outlook that will allow me to do
this?

This is just a Word template. Do you have MS Word?

I just tried it and because of the security that is in place on the network
and the programs it does not allow it to run.  Also, it only prints off
weekly and monthly.  I need daily.  Thanks again though.

Sorry. If you are getting an error when you try and print,
the usual problem is that you are trying to print the TASKS
too. Check your print settings in Outlook, be sure to turn
off the "Print Tasks" on the calendar print settings.
