Calender sycronisation problem

I have outlook 2003 instaled at home to enable me to connect to my works
outlook and emails. The emails and contacts sycronise but I cannot seem to
get the calendar to do this.

is there a way of doing this so an entry made at work sycronises with my
oulook at home.

if so how do i do this please.

What type of account do you have defined at home?

sorry bill you have lost me how do you mean account, for the calander i
havent got one.

If you are connecting to your work's mail server, you must have some type of
account defined in your mail profile that allows it.  Is it an Exchange
account?  How are you synchronizing?
