Hi ,

When I click on Calendar in the folder list , the calendar view comes up.

I am able to see the appointments in the right side of outlook view and in
the left side I have one month or two month and below you have My Calendar
(1) and then a blank space with open shared calendar written there

then we have the folder list

Now in place of 2 months if I want to see all 12 months on the left hand
side of the pane , what should I do ?

regards

drag the divider to the middle of the screen - if outlook isn't full screen,
make it full screen and arrange or turn off tool bars to make more space...
