How is the user trying to add the attachment? Drag and drop? File->Insert? Drag and drop from email or file system?

reading.
After furious head scratching, it chick asked:
| One of my users is trying to copy email attachements into new

| the updates and hotfixes. I also did a detect and repair. I am
| wondering if anybody else came across this issue.

HAve you tried saving the attachment to the file system and then try attaching it?
