I am trying to save a calander view , like for the week, so that I can send it via email. I would like it to look like the print preview view. I can't access the save as choice in the file menu >I am trying to save a calander view , like for the week, so that I can send > it via email. I would like it to look like the print preview view. I > can't > access the save as choice in the file menu I don't think you can do that. You can export to a file, edit the file to show just the week and send that, or you can send individual items as email attachments.
