Allowing scheduling a week ahead

Hi,

I'm the tech guy at our school. Our computer lab schedule is shared over
a public folder. Currently, teachers can reserve the lab as a single
event or as a recurring event. Some teachers reserve the lab at the same
time every week, but often will not use it, but hoard the time and will
give it up if someone asks. I want to change it so that staff can't
reserve lab time any more than a week in advance, to stop the reserving
(professional way of saying "hogging") of time, sometimes months ahead.
Is there a way to make the calendar allow reservations only a week
ahead? Thanks so much.

Dale

You can restrict only by recurrence or not - there is no cofigurable recurrence pattern - so no recurrence, or a recurrence set at the user's preferences.
