Please advise how to place a shared calendar in the Calendar Navigation Pane
under "Other Calendars."  This calendar appears in the folders under Public
Folders.  In the Calendar View, there are two frames, one for "My Calendars"
and the other for "Other Calendars."  I cannot figure out how to "add" a
calendar which appears in the "Public Folders" list to the "Other Calendars"
view.  If I "right click" when I am in the "Other Calendars" frame, there
does not seem to be a selection which is appropriate.  Obviously, I am going
about it the wrong way.  Any help would be appreciated.

Add the calendar to the Public Folders\Favorites folder.
