My company has a shared calendar policy in which everyone has to make their
calendar viewable to everyone.  A lot of our management have a lot of
confidential meetings and we save all relevant data in the actual meeting
booking as majority of them work out of the office.

Somehow, everyone can double click into a meeting booking and see what is
attached.  Does anyone know how to make people just view the meeting bookings
without actually seeing what is behind it?

A quick response would be much appreciated.

Have your execs mark the meetings they want private as "Private".
