How can I intergrate my outlook web access and my outlook calendars?
Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook] - 24 May 2007 19:52 GMT
Integrate in what way? All the calendars in your Exchange mailbox should already be available through OWA unless it's an old version of Exchange.

Thanks Sue, for taking your time on this. My job uses Outlook Web Access, and
I would like to enter an appointment on one calendar, and it shows up in both
places. If I wasn't so technologically dense, I would understand what you
ment when you said "OWA".

OWA = Outlook Web Access

What "both places" are you referring to?

We don't know what you mean by "my outlook calendar." Outlook Web Access provides browser access to your mailbox on an Exchange Server. Outlook, the desktop application that comes with Office, can also connect to Exchange. Therefore, unless you provide some contrary explanation, we can only assume that the calendar you seek in Outlook (desktop program) and in OWA are the same -- the calendar in your Exchange mailbox.

In any case, neither Outlook nor OWA has any feature that would make an appointment show up in two places for the same user.

Since both Outlook and Outlook Web Access are Exchange clients, referencing
the Exchange server with either will show you exactly the same information.

I am technologically dense! I don't know how to reference the Exchange server.
