how do i do this? and how do i put my settings to delete items from the past?
Use autoarchiving to remove past entries. To remove them manually, reset your calendar view to a table view (such as events) sort by the date column, select your range of dates and press delete.

aiHow is this done? Our company limits each user to a 45MB mialbox and my
calendar is consuming 25% of this.
