how do i import .pst files from Outlook to outlook express 6?????

You can import Outlook mail into OE - but ONLY if Outlook and OE are on the
same machine.

You don't. Outlook Express cannot import PSTs. You need to have Outlook
and Outlook Express configured on the same machine and then use the
import/export features of the two programs to transfer the data between
them.
