Can I view appointments on an Outlook calendar as a flowchart?

I have a project that continues over several months. Can project
participants view activities/deadlines in a more user-friendly manner rather
than month-by-month with day-by-day view?

I'd like a flowchart or matrix format.

Use project management software.

The other types of views that make sense for calendar folders are table and timeline. Create new ones or use those that already exist.
