Are Free&Busy Informations always viewable?????

It should be if you have a live connection to the server that holds that information.

OK fine, thank you very much.

I only must set permissions in Calendar if someone want to open the whole
calendar or?

In versions before Exchange/Outlook 2007, there are no specific free/busy permissions.
