Can I total my time spent by sorting my labeled appointments?

In what version of Outlook?  Only Outlook 2007 can easily allow you to do this since its colors are tied to categories.

Even Outlook 2007 can't do it easily, because it doesn't do sums. Next best thing is to display the data in a table view, including the labels and Duration property, copy and paste to Excel, then run a pivot table to do the math.
