Drag the separators (lower and left) until you see the view you desire. It
would also help when posting a question to state your version of Outlook.

Sorry - I just reread your message and having all 12 month in the Navigation
pane would mean you need a really huge screen (we're talking HD size monitor)
My prior post tells you how to achieve this using the Date Navigator, not
the Navigation Pane.

If you put the Date Navigator on the right side of Outlook 2003, you can fit
a lot more months on screen. In 2003, do this by showing, then compressing
the TaskPad . View TaskPad. The Date Navigator will show on the right side
now.
Then you can grab the top edge of the TaskPad and drag it down to reveal
many more months of the Date Navigator. You can also widen the Date
Navigator by dragging the left edge further to the left.
