When my office switched from Outlook 2000 to 2003 recently, I noticed that
the default time for meetings went from 1 hour to 1/2 hour.  Where do I
change it back?

Change the size of a 'slice' of your day. If you show your calendar in
half-hour chunks, your default appointment will be that size

Right-click an empty area of the calendar and choose Other Settings.  Change
the "Time scale" drop-down to "1 hour".
