Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003 Professional on XP.

I use my calendar like crazy (completely rely on it)…it is super!

Well, I just went to look at something back from 2005 and it wasn’t there!
Nothing was!  I haven’t done anything like start over in 2006 or anything
like that.

Does the system do an auto archive or something similar?  If so, is there a
way to retrieve this info?  How would I know if something was archived w/o me
asking it to?  Where would I find an archived file if the system did this?

I am shocked to find nothing there prior to 2006!  Any insight would be
super as I need those appointments back.

Thanks!
Kathy

Look for a file with .pst extension - you should have at least 2 on your
system, the current store and your archive store (note you must turn on
searching hidden/system files) - when you find your archive file, use
Outlook's File->open->Outlook Data File and open it.  You can always keep the
file open in your mail profile or you can right click its root and select
close.
