My outlook calendar seems to be corrupt.  There are 2 behaviors that drive
this theory.  First, I have an appointment in my calendar that is suppose to
be monthly, first Friday every month.  It does not appear in  any of the
months from June through October.  November 2 it appears.  After I view
November 2nd, the appointment appears in all of the preceeding months
including June.

Second, my calendar will show no appointments but I will get a reminder for
a meeting that does not exist on my calendar.

You may try to export your reminder(s) to Cute Reminder and check from
there.
