I have an Outlook 2003 SP2  user that sends meeting requests on behalf of her
manager to an Exchange distribution group. When sending these types of
meeting requests, she turns off "Request Receipt", and yet she will get
receipts from some of the people in the group - different people each time.

All users should be on Outlook 2003 SP2. The Exchange Server is 2003 SP2.

Any ideas?

The Crackberry appears to be the culprit in this case. After much testing, it
was discovered that the only time the user would receive a receipt after
turning off receipts was when a user accepted the meeting on a Crackberry.

Case closed.
