I have a user that can see a recurring event when the Exchange Cached Mode is
turned off.  Turn the cached mode back on and the event disappears.  Here's
what I've tried so far to fix:

outlook /cleanfreebusy
new profile
deleted the ost and resync'd
different computer

what would cause an event not to display in cached mode?

I didn't include version in the post.

I'm running Outlook 2003 - patched to current in an Exchange 2003
environment which is also patched.

Hi Erick

You could try switching views, it could be that the Calendar view you're
using is messed up.  You could also try running Outlook with the /cleanviews
switch (see "command line switches" in Outlook help for information on how to
do that) but this is a bit more drastic and will remove all view
customisations on all folders.

I re-ran the latest Office Service Pack and it fixed the issue.
