I am running Outlook 2000 and when i receive meeting requests, they are shown
as plain text messages with an attachment.  Consequently, I am unable to
accept them and they are not added to my calendar.  Other members of the
distribution list are not having the same problem.  Is this something to do
with my configuration, or the sender's?

Any help would be appreciated.

I posted a second time only to make it more detailed.  My first post was
rather vague.  Thank you for the advice.

Then you should have posted the additional details as a reply to the
original thread sop that you didn't start a new thread with the same
question.

shortcomings.  i will do better.  did you have any advice regarding the
actual problem, in addition to proper posting protocol?
