Hi there I need to syn my boss calendra into my PDA using my PC as he's always out of town. He shared his calendar & contact lists to me but when I try to syn these info to my PDA it just doesn't work...can someone pleaseee....help!!! This is more likely to be a limitation of the sync software than Outlook, but if you tell us what kind of PDA and what sync software you use (including version) then maybe someone knows the answer... Other sync software might be able to do multiple calendars but they usually need to be in your mailbox or PST. The usual option is to copy his appt to your calendar (categorize them so they can be filtered out of your appt).
