How can I share my calendar with my assistants in the same building? We do
not have Microsoft Exchange. Please consider your reponse in terms of
addressing a three year old as I am not computer savey. Thanks.

what version of outlook do you all use? your options are at

if you use outlook 2007, you can publish your calendar and share it.
