How do I hide the printing of "private appointments" with Outlook 2000 & 2003
calendars?  Thanks.

You just tick the box on the printing screens.  Go have a look - there's a
box there where you can select to print them or not.  I don't have either of
tose versions in front of me so can't give exact location - but it IS there!

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

There's a "Hide details of private appointments" option in the Print dialog
(at least in OL2007, don't have OL2000 or 2003 around to check)
