Somehow my dates are duplicated in Calendar.  I use Office 2007 and I found
this problem too in Office 2003.  Whatever the view, the date is followed by
the date again in parenthesis.  In month view the day boxes have the date in
the top left and top right .  How has this appened and how to I remove the
duplication?

you have two calendars enabled - tools, options, calendar options, enable
alternate calendar box.
