When I make a multi-day event or appointment (like a vacation from a Thursday
to a Tuesday of the next week) that extends over the weekend, it does not
wrap into the second week. It extends off the right of the page. I use a
7-day calendar starting on Sunday. It is not my print driver, as I have tried
it on 3 different printers (different manufacturer) and get the same results.
I was able to do this in the last version of Outlook that was replaced by
Outlook 2007.

it's a bug in the current version. I don't recall if there is a workaround
you can use - or if it will be fixed in a future SP.

That's what I figured. I did download Microsoft's Calendar Printing
Assistant. It is cumbersome to use especially when I am used to clicking and
getting a quick calendar page. But it does give me a correct calendar.

I have exactly the same problem, I'm surprised thousands of people haven't
complained, perhaps they have and Microsoft are keeping quiet....
