I have my business email and personal email accounts both in Outlook.
Calendar invites are being sent using my personal account rather than my
business account. How do I change this?

I assume that you personal email account is your default account.  You can
change the default or when you create the meeting request you can manually
change the account.  You don't state your version of Outlook, but in 2007
there is a option to change the account for sending to the left of the "to"
