MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / June 2007free/busy info on claendar not coming up
When trying to schedule appointments and reserve conference rooms using Outlook 2007, the free/busy information for 2 of my conference rooms do not come up. You can see appointments in there if you open the calendar. Suggestions? First, open the mailboxes for those calendars (as primary mailbox, i.e. with their own Outlook profile) using the /cleanfreebusy switch. Wait a while* then check if that worked. If not, find out if those mailboxes use a different Public Folder server to yours. If that's the case then the PF replication between those folders may have some problem which you'd need to get your Exchange admins to look at. * Free/Busy publishing schedule for the mailbox (default 15 mins, see Tools > Options [Preferences] > Calendar options > Free/Busy) + PF replication schedule if appropriate (ask your Exchange administrator).
