We have had a number of meeting requests that have been sent internally with
a specific meeting time- that when delivered to recipients has no time frame
(ie. 12:00am-12:00am) This has also occured with emails outside of our
exchange server- I have verfied that requests have appropriate time when
created. And all 15 computers in our firm have the same resulting appt with
no time frame....any suggestions?
Thank you,

Make this a little easier by providing us with some details.  We don't have
ESP and cannot see what you are doing:

   version of Outlook
   platform (Exchange or not)

In your case, also tell us, do they have Dell computers?  There's an add-in
sitting on the Dell that causes Calendar problems.  Milly has posted many
instructions about this in the Calendar newsgroup.
