Category view won't show anything about who made changes - there is no way
to see. You can tell when it was done, via the modified field but that's
all. There is not a changed by field and the organize/owner field typically
does not change when someone modifies it.

I was referring to a reply by Milly Staples to the same question on here.
Her answer was: "Try showing the calendar by category, right click in the
column header, select field chooser. In the all mail option (which I can't
find), select Changed By." The person said that that worked for them.

there is a changed by category in the all mail group but it only works on
folders linked from sharepoint.
