I need to determine when an appointment on a colleague's shared
calendar was scheduled.  It's a personal appointment that he set for
himself, so there was no meeting request email.  Is there a way to
find this out?

Thanks.

I think you need to find the field "created" or maybe "modified" . Show the
Calendar in a table view such as By Category and add the field to the table.
The Field Chooser (on the Advanced Toolbar) is a way to add fields.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

That's exactly what I needed.  Thanks, Judy.
