When using scheduling to view another contacts availability, his
(public) meetings do not show up even after he has accepted them.  Can
someone help?

Is this when you view his free/busy information on the Scheduling tab?  If
it's affecting this one person's Calendar for anyone who tries to view his
availability, get him to run Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch.

Start > Run > "Outlook /cleanfreebusy" (without the quotes) should do it,
but if not, search Outlook Help for "command line switches" for full
instructions.
