Why am I unable to create or edit appointments in outlook 2003?

I just recently got a Samsung Blackjack Smartphone. Shortly after I got it, I
installed the software update available for it on the Samsung site. As soon
as the update was complete, I attempted to sync my Smartphone again. My
contacts sync'ed just fine, but my calendar wouldn't sync at all. I opened
Outlook to see if I could figure out what the problem was, and I discovered
that I could not create any new appointments or edit any of those already
there.

Anyone know what would cause this or how I can fix it?

Could be that the form used to display calendar items isn't working
correctly... try this:

Tools > Options > Other > Advanced options > Custom Forms > Manage Forms >
Clear cache

It doesn't work after a reboot?
