Assuming you're using Outlook on both, export to a PST and import on the
notebook.
Start with File > Import and Export > Export to a file > Personal folder File
select your Calendar when prompted to choose a folder and follow the wizard
through to completion.
When you're done, copy the file to somewhere you can access it from the
Notebook (network share, USB key if it's not too big, CD-R, etc.) then...
File > Import and Export > Import from another program or file > Personal
folder file (.pst) > choose the file you created before, and follow the
wizard.

Why? Unless the OP is on exchange, just copy the existing pst file.

No NO NO! Do NOT use the import function to move data from Outlook to
Outlook. EVERY posting on the Outlook groups from regular contributors says
do NOT import/export pst data.
All the Op has to do is File-Open-Outlook Data File and either copy or drag
and drop the data.

My reasoning was that typically calendar data size is typically very small
compared to the whole PST.
I stand corrected and offer my apologies.

That's a worthwhile consideration, but export is still to be avoided.
Create a new PST, copy the calendar to it, close the new PST and transfer
it, opening it on the other PC. No exporting and no importing.

As I said, I stand corrected.
