So it appears I found my own answer. From a post on 6/11/07 it says that
Outlook 2007 can not do this. If anyone has a better answer please let me
know.
Thanks

Outlook will only print the default tasks for the user, not anyone else's tasks. After all, why should you care what someone else is doing?

Hi Milly,
Thanks for your response, but I have to believe that there are thousands of
Administrative Assistants out there that are completely responsible for
managing the Calendars of their Executive Staff. This would include printing
out their Calendars and Tasks for them, which is what I need to get done.
Thanks
Greg
