email appointment will not transfer over to my calendar

when I receive an appointment from 2 of my 10 collegues, they will not
transfer to my calandar. they are in a different format than the other 8
collegues that will automatically apply themselves to the calendar. we do
not use a outlook server, we are just emailing appointments. can anyone help
please.

Outlook version?
Define will not transfer. Transfer how? What are you trying to "transfer"?
What format?
There is no "Outlook server."
