I followed your recommendation and downloaded Calendar Printing Assistant. I
still have the same problem as the original "post," and would appreciate if
you would explain how I can print more complete information in my monthly
calendar listings.
Second question: When I want to change the number of days/weeks shown on my
printed calendar, I select Print Style: Monthly, and Print Range: Start:
10/7/2007 and End: 10/31/2007 (4 weeks), it still previews and prints
10/7/2007 - 11/10/2007
(5 weeks). Do you have a suggestion as to how I can fix this problem?

This seems to be a bug with Outlook 2007 that I think might be addressed in
SP1. I was hoping the Calendar Printing Assistant would work around it. None
of the templates provided with it give better results?
Monthly Style always includes the full week before the start of the month
and runs up to the end of the week after the end of the month.
The same will apply for weeks. If you try and print two weeks from mid-week
then the first and last days of that week will also show up. Changing "weeks
starts on" to the day you want to start the print from might help. Printing
just selected days is another way to approach it but gives many more pages.
To be honest, printing directly from Outlook needs a lot of work. Since you
have the Calendar Printing Assistant try from there. If one could create
their own templates with it then it would be even better.
