Hello, Thanks for any assistance! I would like to send an email reply with an attachement to every person that responds with "Accept" or "Tentative" to a meeting notice I sent out. Is this possible? It would be ok if all respondants (decline also) recieved the email, although I would rather it didn't. Vera Use rules to do this. Since you decided your version of Outlook was not important to include, I will leave it to you to use F1 help to figure it out for your version.
