MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / July 2007Calendar Printing Assistant - can you open a shared calendar?
Just wondering if its possible for one of my secretaries here to open up her bosses' shared (via exchange) calendar in the calendar printing assistant. It has a lot of neat features she would like to be able to use for his calendars. Yes. (my machine at work has this so I can't see it right now) I think you can right-click and a menu will ask what calendar you want to print. That or one of the menu's. Definately a way I just can't say for sure until I check it at work. I will check back tomorrow and give more info if you still need it.
